Milk 250
ml.
Sugar 5 g.
Butter 50
g.

tablespoon of butter (to spread on the pan)
2 eggs
1 pinch of
salt
RECIPE
– Steps

Put 50 g. of butter on a ceramic bowl. Use the
microwave to melt the butter during 30 or 40 seconds. Take it out of the
microwave when it is melted.

Put the milk, the melted butter and the 2 eggs
in a blender glass. Add 125 g. of flour, 5 g. of sugar and a pinch of salt.

Mix all the ingredients with a blender and use a
strainer after.

Spread a pan with a tablespoon of butter. Use a
brush.

Heat the pan (medium heat).

Pour a little bit of the dough and spread it in
the pan.

When it starts bubbling, turn it around and cook
it on that side.

Repeat this until you run out of dough.
