MY RECIPE FROM FRANCE

INGREDIENTS



Flour 125 g.

Milk 250 ml.

Sugar 5 g.

Butter 50 g.

1 tablespoon of butter (to spread on the pan)

2 eggs

1 pinch of salt


 

RECIPE – Steps



-       Put 50 g. of butter on a ceramic bowl. Use the microwave to melt the butter during 30 or 40 seconds. Take it out of the microwave when it is melted.

-       Put the milk, the melted butter and the 2 eggs in a blender glass. Add 125 g. of flour, 5 g. of sugar and a pinch of salt.

-       Mix all the ingredients with a blender and use a strainer after.

-       Spread a pan with a tablespoon of butter. Use a brush.

-       Heat the pan (medium heat).

-       Pour a little bit of the dough and spread it in the pan.

-       When it starts bubbling, turn it around and cook it on that side.

-       Repeat this until you run out of dough.
